What to bring
In general
- Sun tan cream
- Insect Repellent
- Money (the ATM in town is not always reliable)
- Food and Drink (if you are staying in the self-catering rooms)
- Spanish dictionary
- Whilst the majority of time there is someone who speaks English on La Margarita sometimes due to emergency there will be a few occasions when it is not possible. Don’t worry the staff who although don’t speak English are well used to looking after guests and will thoroughly look after you – also our BA office will be in constant contact with you to make sure you are ok and have everything you need.
For horse-riding
- Stout shoes (some trainers are too wide for the stirrups)
- Jeans or thick trousers
- Loose-fitting long-sleeved top (to protect from sun and insects)
- Riding hat if you need to wear one. We have one of two but like most estancias we don’t provide them as a rule.
