Eco-Estancia
Most of the vegetables that are eaten on the estancia are grown locally without the aid of artificial fertilisers. Our cows provide the estancia meat and milk, the eggs come from our chickens and our fruit is turned into some of the delicious jams and desserts you will get the opportunity to enjoy during your stay. All of our water comes from our well and the winter firewood for our roaring log fires is harvested from the estancia grounds.
All of our meals use local seasonal ingredients (where possible) prepared by our experienced chef in the estancia kitchen.
We are planning to introduce our own beehives in the near future and start making Estancia La Margarita honey.
